HISTORY

PABAMA CORPORATION started its operation in the transportation service in Northern Mindanao in 1999. While enjoying their success in the bag industry for 12 years, in the past, they thought of venturing into another business and it was a more challenging one as they considered joining the transportation service. In 1998, they acquired their first unit - a second hand mini bus and started its first operation as a bus transport. The year 2000 saw how the business flourished as its operation expanded in Northern Mindanao with units serving commuters to and from Kibawe, Valencia City, Malaybalay City, including Cagayan de Oro City, eventually the service expanded Balingoan, Misamis Oriental and then farther, Gingoog City. Since then, they never stopped conquering the roads of Northern Mindanao.

In order to fully cater to the needs of the growing public and as they saw the potential demand in public bus transportation, they invested in brand new bus units with ANKAI JAC bus, ASIA STAR bus and Zhong Tong (three of the best in the industry). The type of service offered are Non-Aircon Deluxe bus, Air Conditioned Bus, Medium Size Aircon Bus, and Coaster to ensure convenience and safety of its  passengers.  Moreover, forwarding services is now being catered
by the company.

To answer the demand for innovation and technology, their buses are equipped with the latest Audio/Video, GPS and CCTV. This also ensures security to the riding public. Moreover, they use the most advanced Electronic Ticketing System for fast and efficient passenger ticketing system with the preparation of the Rewards card systems for its patrons and acceptance of electronic payment system Card (visa, Master card), making  them the first in the industry to  innovate the world of (IT) Information Technology.   Today, the recent fleet of PABAMA offers the luxury and comfort of airline services in the bus they operate, the first of its kind in Northern Mindanao.

In order to meet the individual need of the commuting public, they upgraded their  bus units, increased the time of operation, and conducted orientation/training/seminars among their personnel for safety and excellent customer service. They also develop an efficient schedule for preventive maintenance, and  build and construct busses that will suit the needs of the riding public.

Pabama Corporation observes occupational safety guidelines and continuously engages in different trainings and seminars with respective line agencies to make its line personnel adept with transportation service safety guidelines.
